RESURRECTION SEASON IN JESUS from MARCH TO JUNE, 2024!
SUBTITLE: PURPOSE OF RESURRECTION SEASON.
SCRIPTURE TEXT:
GOSPEL OF JOHN, CHAPTER 11 Verse 25
Blessings of Love and Protection to You,
Ladies in Faith Together to the 7th Power!
Okay, we are in Resurrection Season now. What is it,
and how long does it last?
Resurrection Season begins with Holy Week and Passover from the Jewish Calendar, not the Calendar we use, but the Jewish Calendar.
Jesus is considered our Passover Lamb(learn more about the Exodus of the Children of Israel and the Passover, read Exodus, Chapters 11 and 14). Passover lasts from March 24 to April 25 2024 on the Calendar that we use.
From here, Resurrection Season continues because Jesus preached upon the Earth 40 Days after He Rose(See the Book of Acts, Chapter 1).
Next, was the Celebration of His Ascension back to Father God, to sit on the Right Hand of God in His Glory with God. This Seat is known as the Seat of Power. It is there, that Jesus intercedes for us through the Holy Spirit to Heavenly Father on our behalf.
We no longer need to find a priest to make atonement for us with burnt offerings for sacrifices for our sins, trespasses, and iniquities. Jesus became our Atonement when He died on the Cross for us.
It gets better! The Holy Spirit makes His Arrival in the Book of Acts, and we have the Day of Pentecost. It is celebrated for 50 Days. We have the Beginning of the Early Church in the Book of Acts. The word "Christians" was first used in Antioch for the early Christian Believers.
This is Resurrection Season in Christ Jesus! Enjoy! JESUS is not related to the Easter Bunny, or Easter which is associated with Eostre, an old Saxon English fertility goddess celebrated by fertility and eggs for new life in the Spring. Jesus is the Way, Truth, and Life(Gospel of John, Chapter 14, Verse 6).
For Resurrection 2024, in deep respect and reflection of Father God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, what will be your take away from this Resurrection Season, and how will your make yourself better, family, and loved ones too?
Hallelujah! It is Resurrection Season! Love Always, Sister Christine
